My Bitters Making Workshop at Botanica Festival

I am excited to be teaching at the 2021 Botanica: A Festival of Plants, at Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette Colorado, June 26 & 27.  Classes are all outside, 10 people or less, and filling fast! The festival usually sells out, but this year, people are really excited to get out and I am too! I hope to see you there.

This isn’t your average herbal tincture making class! In this workshop you will learn the many health benefits of incorporating the bitter flavor into your diet and lifestyle; what components make up  great bitters (bitter things, of course!, but also aromatic things, and sweet things…) and, of course, hands-on bitter creation time with a wide array of fresh and dried flavoring options to choose from.
