Nettles Seed Gomasio
Japanese seasoning blend
This Nettles Seed Gomasio strays off of the traditional Japanese sesame salt recipe. I’ve added the Nettles seeds, dulce flakes, and sea salt from the Colima sea in Mexico. Like the leaves, which are traditionally used in herbal tea formulas and used for cooking, Nettles seeds are very high in vitamins and minerals. Many herbalists encourage everyone to drink nutritive tea infusions such as Nettles, and report feeling an extra vitality after eating the fresh young leaves or eating the seeds. Nettles seeds are an adaptogen and help us deal more effectively with stress when taken regularly. As an adrenal support tonic, it is excellent for adrenal burnout, adrenal fatigue, adrenal exhaustion - whatever you want to name it. Don’t take it last thing at night though as it can be quite stimulating!
